The Arts & Minds Network brings together people in Leeds who believe creativity can promote mental well being. Their annual open exhibition coincides with the opening weekend of the Index Festival and Yorkshire Sculpture International. This is a chance to view Flight, a large installation made entirely of recycled plastic bottles, as well as a fantastic range of three-dimensional and two-dimensional work produced by Arts and Minds members over the year.
The exhibition aims to explore our relationship with art and to celebrate how vital it is to our well-being. It is an opportunity to expose what may not otherwise be seen.
